Forward the flyer
Your masjid gets its own address, like yourmasjid@masjidstudio.com. Forward the flyer you already shared on WhatsApp, or type a short note. Only the admins you name can post.

It's on your website in minutes
We read the title, date, time and place, and the event appears in the box with the flyer attached. You get a short reply saying what went up.
Posted to your site: Family Night, Saturday, November 7, 7:00 PM. Reply FIX with any correction.

Past events clean themselves up
An event leaves the box the day after it ends. Announcements come down after two weeks, or on the end date the flyer gives.

Each admin also gets a private upload link that works well on a phone.

Questions
How long does setup take?
About five minutes on your side. After you start, we email your private upload link, your masjid's address and your line of code within one business day. Paste the line and forward your next flyer.
Do I need to change my website?
No. You paste one line where you want the box to appear. If that sounds like a chore, reply to our email with access to your site, or the name of whoever runs it, and we'll add it for you.
Does our masjid's name stay ours?
Yes. The box sits inside your website, under your name and your design, with no Masjid Studio branding on it. Your flyers and announcements stay yours too.
Is there a contract?
No contract. It's month to month and you can cancel anytime. If you cancel, remove the line and your site is exactly as it was before.
What gets checked by a person?
Prayer and iqamah time changes, Eid and Ramadan dates, donation or payment details, money asked of the community, leadership changes, janazah notices and anything from a sender you haven't approved. Those wait for a person on our team before they go up.
What about prayer times?
Keep the prayer-time widget you already use. The box is for events and announcements, and it never changes your prayer times.
